JP Pro is a football development focused academy that has been developing players in Hemel Hempstead since 2014.
At JP Pro Football, we believe every player can take the next step with the right coaching, practice, and support.
Our Football Development pathway welcomes players at different stages, from first experiences with the ball to advanced training and competition. Â Our coaches help young players build confidence, master core techniques, and develop a stronger understanding of the game. Players can progress through foundation sessions, additional training alongside team football, and selective elite opportunities.
School holiday training camps and focused one-to-one coaching offer more ways to work on individual goals. Football Development is about more than improving skills: it also means learning discipline, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief. At JP Pro Football, we provide elite coaching led by UEFA-qualified coaches who have played and coached within the professional game and elite academy football.Â
Led by former professional footballer Jordan Parkes, our coaching philosophy mirrors the professional game, instilling the standards, technical detail, and discipline required to succeed at the highest levels. We prioritise a player-first philosophy, building the tactical intelligence and self-belief needed to navigate the elite player pathway and prepare for the next level of the game.
