For players who want more time to work on their individual game, JP Pro Development provides focused technical coaching alongside school or grassroots football. Our sessions give players opportunities to practise with purpose, explore the detail behind their technique and develop greater confidence in their decisions. The aim is to strengthen what each player can bring to their existing football.

Development adds dedicated time to refine individual skills, with repetition, constructive feedback and challenges that support continued improvement. Every session has a clear technical theme and individual learning outcomes, helping players understand what they are working on and why it matters.

Development connects the foundations of the game with opportunities for more advanced training. Where appropriate, players may be considered for Elite, with progression decisions based on readiness and suitability. Each player’s next step should reflect their progress and needs.
